Abstract

This paper analyzes the importance of integrating the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) approach in the training of future managers in the context of the fourth industrial revolution. Based on a review of historical background, labor trends, and contemporary pedagogical frameworks, it is argued that the STEAM model is essential to prepare professionals capable of facing the challenges of a digital, dynamic, and multidisciplinary environment, where the educational transformation towards STEAM models is not only desirable but urgent to respond to the demands of a global economy driven by innovation.
